1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
At mineπcoin, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital asset mining and the blockchain environment, most transactions are final.
2. DIGITAL MINER PURCHASES
Purchases of digital mining power or virtual hardware are generally non-refundable once the mining process has commenced or the digital asset has been assigned to your account. This is because the resources are allocated and dedicated to your account immediately upon purchase.
3. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate billing due to a technical error on our platform.
- Failure to deliver the service or digital asset within the specified timeframe due to internal technical issues.
- Unauthorized transactions where evidence of fraud is provided and verified.
4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund, please contact our support team at our registered address within 14 days of the transaction. Your request must include:
- Your account identifier;
- Transaction ID and date;
- Detailed reason for the refund request.
5. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
If you choose to cancel a subscription or recurring service, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current cycle.
